Fake IE8 help!!!

HI guys, i bought these IE8 when i was in Poland. I bought them used, The seller says they were bought in 2009.Could anyone tell me if they are fake or real because i am kind of suspicious. Here are the pics:photo(4).JPGphoto(5).JPGphoto(6).JPGphoto(7).JPGphoto(8).JPG

My point was that make this same thread there. That section is dedicated to portable headphones, IEMs and whatever and your question is about such. Not everyone reads this Off Topic / Members lounge section I think.
