HRT Music Streamer II (or + or Pro) compared to NuForce UDAC-2

I need some advice here in the forum.  I had originally chosen the HRT Music Streamer II to go between my MacBook Pro and a NAD C316BEE integrated amp.  Now I find the NuForce UDAC-2 which gets of course rave reviews.  Never having used either what I like about the HRT is it's USB in and RCA out.  Fixed level outputs.  What I like about the NuForce is it has a headphone jack that the HRT II does not.  But, could I just use the HRT to go into the NAD amp and use it's headphone jack?  After all, the signal out of the HRT II would be going into the NAD.

Has anyone used both Dacs by any chance and could give me an opinion as to best choice?  I really dont like to have to mess with two volume knobs figuring out what the set the one on the UDAC-2 to and what to set the volume knob on the NAD amp to.

Help.

Music Streamer, hands down. Usually dedicated DACs beat DAC/amp combos at the same price. Here:

You can just use the headphone jack and volume control from your NAD amp, with the Music Streamer hooked up to it. Isn't that how it usually goes?

On using the builtin headphone jack on the NAD, that seemed to make the most sense to me.  Not needing the one on my DAC after all.  Have read many ++++ reviews of the HRT II and probably still go with it.
