hello i have for sale my audio technica ad 900 for sale


 


i purchased it early febuary from audiocubes.com but had to wait till end of feb to finally get it, it has been very sparsely used, doubt it has reached 40-50 hours usage in total.


 


they sound amazing and are light and comfy etc but the bass doesnt have that impact that i want for that more immersive experience for my gaming needs, the bass is there, nice and tight but doesnt have enough for my needs so i am selling so i can try the beyer dt 990 600 ohm.


 


the headphones themselves are in mint condition, no smoking or pets at my house(1 hamster for my sons if you want me to be really specific)they have no marks or scratches on them and come with all the original packaging you can see in the pictures


 


as you can see i have no previous sales feedback on head-fi but i have an account on ebay under the username thierryhenry69 which has 100% feedabck and i have sold many items including a laptop,xbox 360,tritton ax 720 and pro and turtle beach dx11 and many xbox 360 games to name some of my sales.


 


i am based in the uk and am only looking for uk buyers, i have plenty of large style bubble wrap so they will be extensively packaged and sent by special delivery.


 


can be yours for £150




Update: this is the final price I am lowering to otherwise im just gonna keep them as a spare pair, can't go any lower than that, feel free to ask any questions, also I will cover the paypal fee

Gimmedigi is based in hong kong so that price is not taking into account customs charges and courier processing fees

Secondly no offense to the first poster but you only joined yesterday so I am smelling a scammer

No prob here either but one important thing to remember is that you can't just check an American price on amazon then just convert the amount into pounds and compare the price like that, take the new turtle beach px5 headset for example, US price is $249.99 which converts into £155.70 UK price but we don't get that price, we have to pay £199.99 which is $321.05 so you see we don't get a direct price to the USA

The seller is right in how he's calculating his selling price. Considering how much tax/fees get taken at the border (Americans aren't subject to this, us Canadians have it as bad as Europe) the price is quite fair. As far as gimmedigi, I've had someone else try to pull that off one me as well, asking a cheaper price. So I scoured some forums on how much their shipping is, it's around $60USD for express courier, and it's basically all they use for international I believe. Also, their website is neither on reselleratings, nor does the lack of a contact number inspire confidence in me. Also, it's very simpleton to just compare prices direct in the US to prices available overseas... try that at your local retailer (in another country) and watch him look at you in bewilderment. A more valid comparison would be to see that Amazon UK wants 200GBP for these. 

 

I've owned one of these before, nice set of cans, good luck with your sale !

Thank you my friend good to see someone understands from my point of view. they are very difficult to get in the uk so i think it is a fair price for a uk buyer considering they in mint condition and a British buyer won't have to wait longer than a couple of days for delivery and won't be getting extra customs charges and handling fees from a courier

Price reduced to £165.00 and item listed on my eBay account as well so if you unsure bcos of my 0 feedback hopefully this will make you more confident in purchasing from me, obviously I would prefer if you paid through head-fi so I can get that all important feedback up
