Can anyone recable my grados? I would prefer a 1/8inch connector that can screw into a 1/4inch adapter. Also, I want it to be inside that fabric-like wire shroud. I want the connector to be insulated with heat shrink too. How much would this all cost?

Try Zynsonix.com .  I believe the site is run by HighFlyin9.  Head-Fi member and maker of some very nice cables (own a couple myself).  I see on the website that he does re-cables.  Just a heads up.  Good luck.
