Well, the title pretty much says it all...

he headphones I'm wanting to try are the HD25-1-ii and the ATH-M50
I was suggested, on this site to go with hd25-1-ii because i need isolation and headphones that can play different music varieties. However, Im just afraid that they'll be extremely uncomfortable, and I really would like to go with over the ear closed cans in general, actually... Anyways, Id like to know where I could go, if you know anywhere, nd if theres maybe another pair of cans for me to consider, that would be great :)

by the way, I'm using them in public, not on my computer, so obnoxious cans with 30ft cables are out of the question

Take a look at Fischer Audio FA003 and Shure SRH840's to start. Also look under the Head Gear site to see what else You might like, no harm in that. Take Your time to make the right choice.  They will be on Your head no one else's.atsmile.gif

Studio Economik in the Old Montreal is the place to go. They have both headphones you are looking for (and much much more) : http://www.economik.com/

 

 

PS: they also have the Shure 840
