Hi guys,
I'm going to be picking up a pair of DT880/600 premium phones. I've heard really good things about the Darkvoice 336SE paired with them, so I'm probably going to pull the trigger on one of those.
I have an X-fi sound card - should I buy a DAC to go with it? I was thinking if I need one I would get the uDAC-2. But I'd prefer not to invest into all these things at once - the amp + phones alone are going to run ~$600, so to avoid another $100 (initially at least) would be ideal.
What are your opinions head-fi?
