I think their HD440 looks like cross between TMA-1 and HD 25-1 ii. Looks quite good but the pads looks a bit budget tho. Probably needs to be replaced.

After auditioning the HD662 and its balanced B variant as well as the HD681, am leaning towards the 662, being closed and with the slightly deeper bass than the 662B. While the 662 are indeed more"'fun" sounding than the 669, I just didn't feel like they're for me, which is why I held off from taking them home. If the 681 were a closed pair, I'd most likely would've gone with them instead. Better to my ears than the 662.
Oh. Also tried on the 440 and the 660. Power hungry babies, those are. Couldn't get a proper impression on them due to the lack of proper amp, but Headfonia seems to like them.

I like HD660 too! the mid is much better than HD668B. Now if only I could get my paw on HD440 which headfonia said have the best mid from all superluxes models....post #99 of 6484/22/11 at 1:14am- Axesd

I just got my HD668B through the mail today. It sounds pretty nice right out of the box. I cannot wait to hear how it sounds after burn-in. I never heard a pair of expensive sounding headphone before, so I cannot say much about it. All in all, I am happy with my purchase.

That's why I took my time to do the signature. I need suggestions! Thank you for that Negakinu. I am wondering if you can give me more suggestions on them. I do noticed a whole lot of people with the Sansa clip with rockbox(necessary!). Then I see the korean cowon and a few sonys. amps and etc. Thank you
