Vestascension ~Free New Song Every Month!

I just discovered this really cool new music project called Vestascension. They are releasing new music every month for the entirety of 2011 all for free. its also pretty darn good sound quality and available in almost every format(ALAC,FLAC,CBR MP3, VBR MP3, OGG etc.) that you could think of. They just seem to have a really interesting way of looking at the music industry and what role fan's play in it.

Also i wrote them about maybe releasing the tracks in hi res for the audiophile community, and he genuinely showed quite a bit of interest, saying that they even send 16/44.1 to be mastered, but that he would talk to his mastering and engineering guys about it and see what he could do!

im just happy some people saw the thread :D

 

they were supposed to have another song today, since it's the first but they ran into some technical difficulties, should be out tomorrow though.

So they finally got the new song out today! Its called Then We Are Here. the direct download is on their bandcamp page here.

 

The leader of the band also wrote a pretty sweet blog article about the band on the heavy blog is heavy site here
