I use foobar2000 0.9.6.9.  I want to be able to play ogg files from wikipedia, such as:

 

http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/d/d9/AmazingGraceSacredHarp1991Edition.OGG

 

 

It seems foobar can parse the ogg container, but does not support the codec.  I get the error:

 

Unrecoverable playback error: Unsupported stream format: 32000 Hz / 16-bit / 6 channels

 

 

Anyone have suggestions?  Thanks.

 

 

 

Edit:  I found a workaround in this thread:

Not using WASAPI allowed the files to play.  My question is now:  Is there any way to play the files in foobar using WASAPI?
