Receiver/speaker pairing, sub recommendation?

I got these speakers http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16882780026 on a great deal on Newegg, and picked up this receiver http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16882115211 on sale as well, since I needed one and it was a good price.  Someone on the Slickdeals forums said that receiver wouldn't be good for those speakers, since they're much bigger speakers, but someone else countered that the speakers would be fine since they have a high (low?) sensitivity.  Wanted to get the right answer, so if I need to get a difference receiver I could keep my eye out.

I'm also looking to pick up a sub, and needed some recommendations there as well.  I don't need anything crazy, just some bass to go along with the towers.

There very sensitiv e speakers, so even if the receiver isn't that powerful there still go more than loud enough.

If you are looking for a quality sub, look no further than an SVS sub. Their cylinder subs are amazing.

They really don't.  Enough for songs without a strong bass line, but listening to dub-step, drum and bass, any of my metal, or even artists like AC/DC don't have the punch.  I also don't want to crank them too high; can I damage the speakers by playing them reasonably loud through that receiver?
