shouldn't you breath out a bit, while pronouncing the 'h"?

That way, it sound milder and nicer to my ears.....

In the final analysis - who cares?

How do you pronounce Dr Dre.

Is it Dree, Dray, Dre as in eh?, Dri as in drip, Drea as in dreary, or other........................

But Grados aren't mild or nice. They're agressive and mean. Perfect rock cans.

The guy selling them to me said grah do though. I always thought Gray do made more sense.

How about adding a syllable to the front as in de-grado.

The same way as this thread is degenerating.

I just wanted to know because I was going to B&H that day, and I didnt want to sound like a moron to all the Orthodox Jews who work in the store. Point is moot now, though, cuz I left with a brand new pair of DT 770 32 ohm beyersmile.png

if they gave you a beyerdynamic, your pronunciation of "grado" must have been terrible.

I was unsure on exactly what I wanted, and I went partially just to listen to both. I liked the beyer sound (and the comfort oh my god) so much that I chose that despite the fact that they were more than double the grados I was looking at (sr80i).
