Rick Warren has answered to my email. He had some problems for shipping the adapter cables
from Canada. We know what kind of service Canadapost is.
I have asked him to resend the adapter cable as I have paid the Fedex economy shipment for him previously.
After the communication about one week I have received all 3 adapter cables, excellently built
