You do know that if you go to Best Buy they will sell you 1st Gen iPad 16gb WiFi only for $399 and if you are lucky enough to find one they call "open box," you can get it for $319 like I did last weekend! Hit or miss which stores have open box items. I and two other customers bought out their whole supply of open box 1st gen iPads for these good discounts.
