Would a Sansa Fuze benefit from a Fiio E7?

I'm new here, and have read up a bit on several amps and DAPs but am still unsure of weather or not buying one would make a significant difference. Would a Sansa Fuze benefit from a Fiio E7? Also, what are some other good amps that cost less than 150$ that would have a noticeable difference in sound quality? The Cowon J3 is also an option right now, but i've read that it doesn't really need an amp. Thanks in advance for your replies!

PS: I'm also going to be buying a new pair of cans. Probably M50s, but I'm also open to suggestions on those. I listen to a lot of genres of music like hiphop, rap, r&b, rock, classical.

If you don't need an amp with the Cowon, you won't need an amp with the Fuse+.

If you're looking to just amp the Sansa Fuze as a portable player, then consider the Fiio E11...its more portable than Fiio E7 and packs more punch (pretty sure). Plus, the Fiio E7 is meant more of a DAC, although can still amp.
