No.  That's perfectly normal for an anime/manga fan.  Even if you aren't a DFC fan yourself you'd still know that such people exist.

No.  That's perfectly normal for an anime/manga fan.  Even if you aren't a DFC fan yourself you'd still know that such people exist.

Ok I see. Ya I wouldn't use something like that to describe characters. Don't expect me to know every single acronym. I don't watch anime for under aged flat chested girls (hopefully).

Or they could just be perma-lolis.  Or normal adult women with small breasts.  Or any other number of things.

Of course what people forget is that age is just a number, especially in fiction.  Those laws exist in RL for a reason but even setting aside the fact that its just fiction and can't hurt anyone, those laws would be up for serious revision if emotionally mature 9 year olds were as common in RL as they are in certain animes...
