If i can just find an amp that will let the speakers live up to their power for under 300 bucks? I also seen recievers with more power for cheaper than integrated amps. why is that?

And how will i set up my sub to the system if i got an integrated amp? i dont see a sub input? I KNOW i am a noob to this, just started looking into amps today.

last question.. sorry bout all the questions. do the watts on the amp determine how loud it would be even though the speakers have more watts?
