Hi, I'm looking to buy a 1080p resolution portable consumer camcorder. There are many options for this. However, most do not take still pictures. The product i have mainly been looking at is the sony bloggie touch. It takes 12.8 mp still photos. The only problem is the focus. I have heard that the autofocus is slow, and makes shots blurry. However, there is a firmware update 1.05 that is supposed to fix the autofocus a lot. I was wondering if anyone has this camera, and has 1.05 firmware with it. Another camera that just recently discovered is the Sanyo VPC-CG102. It takes 1080p, has a flash, and does 14 mp stills. However, it looks to be a bit bigger than the bloggie. This is not much of a problem though. So, i am looking for advice for which camera to get, and if the 1.05 firmware makes a difference. Any other camera suggestions are appreciated as long as they are under or around $200, take good stills and video.
