Recommend me a good quality portable CD player? Something still in production?

I want to buy a good quality portable CD player. I like Sony, but not sure what's best these days. Which model or is there something else better? One with optical digital out would be SUPER.

Just in case you can't find one that you want that is still in production, Duncan made this write-up on PCDPs. It hasn't been updated for a while, but it includes a lot of detail. Might be a good starting point if you decide to go the used route.

Thank you for the links.  I picked up a Sony DE-J895 off eBay yesterday.  It comes with everything and has optical line out.  Portable CD players seems to be a dying breed.
