Out of which, when they are new, I listen to them for about 15-30 mins. When they are more broken in, I would listen for an hour or more. I do this only while im in the room. They are laying next to the amp playing, and I would put them on for a while.

However, I never let them just play continuously. AKG, Grado, Sennheiser don't recommend it. And I find it more enjoyable to experience them from the beginning.

When your friend tells you that he put 1gb of music in his pen drive, and you tell him you just put 350gb of music in your external HD, and will put more soon @___@

HD 25-1 II. If they don't wear these they are not true musicians. :P

When you look at DJs in a live performance and judge them first on their headphones before deciding if their music is any good.

Hmm.. you are asking me? I had a 1 TB LaCie Rikiki 3.0 usb, I HAD! If you want an external drive, you'll have to consider 2 main points. Size and portability. I would suggest Western Digital in any case. I am not sure about LaCie. They say they are good, but mine died after a month eek.gif

If you are looking for a portable variant, go for an HD which has a power chord unit, those are much better. Also if you are looking for something less portable, consider an HD which was made to be stationary with a fan and a good chord.

Regarding compatibility with MAC.. I have no idea :P

Interesting note.. however, an audiophile at least knows what to look for when improving the sound, unlike just a professional sound technician.

A hard drive is a hard drive. You can format it to whatever you need.

When you look up the same headphones a hundred times before buying just to check they're perfect.
