This set has officially made me conclude a few things...

1) This new Feed Me EP is going to put the last one on blast.

2) There's a Windowlicker Edit that Gooch has done. I officially like him 10% more.

3) There will finally be a release of that amazing Robyn mix we heard a year or so ago. It's called 'Burn Your Girlfriend'.

4) BBC 1 is awesome but they're also annoying as ****.

YMMV

That was a nice listen! I like all of his stuff really,

... There's never been "new" music that I've njoyed more as opposed to the "old" and I'm speaking with refreance to artists. and I take that bacl Beck Hanson has never relased a bad Album imo... everything of his is so AWESOME [but ofc he's so multi genre'd so what ever]

Wow, check this guy out, album is free for anybody interested (sounds awesome so far):

Good and its FREE <3 yay

Oh also this guy doesn't put out to much new music, but he is touring in November it seems!

Bird of Prey, for those who've not heard... I like it <3

so i clicked the "multi" button on TehJams post and quoted another post and tryed editing the quote and everything became a mess so ill do this the old fashioned way...

TehJam - pirate bay is definitely one of my favs too, i remember discovering that song and then listening to it none stop for a good couple of days. and that odesza guy sounds awsome, thanks.

liqwidlord - big ups

Mshenay - i dont think i understood what you said... are you saying artists peak with their first release and then its all down hill? cause i just dont get that. are you saying that whether the music is old or new isn't a criterion for how good the music is? cause thats not what i was saying, i was saying that in netskys case, i prefer his earlyer releases...

anyway. great news for Truth fans, the final installment to "love's shadow" is out, heres a link to the free full album download off soundcloud:

Hell yes. Guess I have plans for New Years now.

Because Dream literally looped the first part of the song twice instead of even slightly changing it during the time where it was getting major hype.

Don't get me wrong, I like it, it just gets repetitive.

Well yeah but it's still fantastic. Plus...you can't tell me well over half the stuff like this out there doesn't do the exact same thing. ;)

EDIT: Some of which is good. Plus, if you drop it in a set you shouldn't hit drop 2 anyway. lol

Alright guys, I've come to realise that I LOVE house music. BUT, the house music I love is all from the late '90s/early 00s, which had me scratching my head since I really don't like modern 'house' music.

Then I came across a post here that said that modern house is basically electro house. It all made sense.

So I'm looking for some recommendations for house music that ISN'T electro house. To give you guys an idea of the kind of sound I like, here are some of my favourite house tracks:

Thanks guys.

You've come to the wrong place to be stopped my friend

I think that's the idea. ;)

Just pulled the trigger on the box set. Had to pass up Isam for now, but that'll be much easier to find later.

7 CDs, 2 DVDs, 6 10" LPs, posters and ****. This is gonna be fun. Certainly seems like $220 worth of stuff to me.

EDIT:

Most of the material is unreleased, almost none of it has ever been available on a physical format before. It includes new music, unreleased dub plates and a wealth of archive material: Amon Tobin's earliest audio experiments (never been played in public before), film and television score work, unreleased score work, deleted bootlegs, ISAM live show DVD, ISAM live audio album, remixes, cover versions and re-interpretations of the ISAM album, remixes Amon has produced for others, a recording of the (November 2010) Royal Albert Hall orchestrations of Amon Tobin and more...

Yes.

That is one sweet box set MorbidToaster, so jealous.

Here is a decent litlle DnB from Pitch Black called Unadrumma. It builds nicely. This version on YouTube seems to be different than the version from the original album, and I think the original version is better, but this is also worth a spin. A little on the longer side.

Okay forget it, I paste the link and it looks like it works until I submit the actual post and then nothing. Sucks, sorry for the wasted post.
