Did Musicians Friend just rip me off?

Long story short.

 

I returned the T50RP back to them via UPS. I tracked the package and it arrived nearly 3 weeks ago. During those 3 weeks, I haven't received a single email, and my refund is not showing up anywhere. I also have contacted them multiple times via email, and haven't got a single response to any of them. This is quite frustrating. Anyone experience something similar?

 

I guess I'll just wait.

Is there a phone number you can call? MF is a legitimate company, I'm not sure what's going on.

Did you get a Return Authorization number before you sent it out?

Yup, I emailed them about the return and they gave me a RA#. I wrote it in permanent maker on the line where it was asked for in perfect handwriting. Funny thing is, they responded to my return request email, but when I question about my refund or the status of my package, they simply ignore me. I'm still waiting to get a single email from them regarding the $74 they owe me.

Give them a call. I've never had any problems when dealing with them.
