My HTC EVO sux something fierce when it comes to audio. I downloaded "Power Amp" just for the EQ. Scooped out the mids a bit and took the raw'ness away, but then it didn't have enough to drive anything w/o distorting like mad. The E5 gave the signal enough power to drive my cans. It's not too bad, though compared to a Rockboxed Clip+...very lacking.
