Bluetooth Receiver or another wireless option

I'm looking at getting a bluetooth receiver, so that I can use my home stereo system without having to plug in. How do these affect the quality? I've also heard the name Kleer, but I can't seem to find anything on that system.

assuming compatable codecs are used the quality should be just fine, its the on the fly rencoding that often makes bluetooth suck.  however i t would apear belkin dont say
