Dac in winnipeg?

Are there any good place I can buy a DAC's in Winnipeg/Canada? Everywhere I look there either way above my limit $50-100

 

I'm just starting in this high end audio rather not spend a leg and an arm right now.

With your budget I'd consider something used.  For example from the fs forum here:

And a site from Canada:

New, you could afford a uDac dac/amp- very good quality dac for the price.  Here's their Canadian distributor:

You could also build yourself something- look in the diy section.
