Hi, I am using my 16gb iphone 4 as a source and was wondering how do you guys manage your files since my files are mostly ALAC but I would like 320 bitrate mp3s in my iPhone. I see that Apple offers on the fly transcoding to 128 bitrate mp3s but is there a way for 320? Thanks!
