So recently, my Macbook optical out doesn't seems to be working properly. Sometimes it works ( usually after reboot) , and sometime it doesn't output any "lockable" digital signals. The led lights through the cabel is on, but no sounds. Ohhh apple. The optical output is connected to a PS audio DAc. The Dac is fine because it works with every other source. Have anyone else experienced this prob with their Mac? Any fixes? I've tried apple support, but they are not too helpful.
