hey all,

This is my first post on here, i am an audiophile when my budget allows it and a DIY freak, recently i found an old set of MPC MX-300's in my basement, they are really nice looking and have a solid body, i wanted to replace the drivers and wiring with the ones out of my sony MDR-NC7's. i was wondering if theres anything i could do the make the audio quality better at the same time, i have no clue whats good or not. any help would be appreciated,

Thanks,

Mgolland

The MPC MX-300 are (were?) old-style cassete tape listeners. For classroom instruction it looks like.

Give up all hope with them. Perhaps donate them to a school that still has some information on tape? They may be good for an AM crystal radio project too.

Just use the Sony's as they are.
