I no longer need this CDR-602, which works excellently and is in good physical condition. Using the S/PDIF digital output to a DAC, the audio is impressive. Check out this older article for comments on it's audio quality when used as a transport. There are also some posts on Head-Fi about the CDR-602.
The CDR-602s are getting hard to find these days but are worth tracking down, as they're a very good value as CD transport.
$40 for this NEC external CD-ROM plus $10 Parcel Post shipping as it's rather hefty. Shipping to a USA address only... thanks.
