Do you have it on MSC mode?

I don't want to insult your intelligence...

But have you started with the basics.

Are you using the correct cable?

Do you have a spare cable of the same type?

Have you tried a different USB port?

Are you using a powered USB junction? (does this have power to it?)

Does the clip turn on?

It sounds more like an issue with your PC than the Clip

I have several of the cables, used my laptop and Desktop the USB port most definitely has power and I just had my PSP plugged into it, whats MSC mode? that's the only question I have, it also said the drivers failed to install correctly then stopped popping up all together when I plugged it in.
