Subwoofer connections regularly getting loose, unpluging by itself?

I upgraded my home theater system a while ago. I found that the power plug, and the RCA connection constantly getting loose and unpluging, (I even found that the sub moved slightly after few weeks of use) I think it's because the vibration of the sunwoofer.

Anyways, does anyone else experience similar problems? What might be a possible fix?

Maybe stack some books or something heavy on it.

Also, do you have a cat?

I don't have a cat or any pet in my house. and thanks for your suggestion!
