Is the ibasso well suited for my westone es2s?  also, what else do i need in order to get the sound to my ipod?

I don't recommend using the Ibasso D2+ with a custom IEM if your going to use it out the lineout. But if you're going to use it straight from the Ipod's headphone jack, it should be fine (the amp needs to be turned to a higher volume until the right channel kicks in, otherwise you only have sound coming out of the left) with the ibasso plugged straight out of the Ipods jack, you can use the ipod's volume control to control how much is going into the amp
