i'm trying to get stereo mix picked up to play in tinychat so i can play several people at once some music i'm working on in the highest quality possible without uploading to the internet.

stereo mix seems to identify my audioengine a5's and aw1 wireless transmitter but i can't get it to pick up the sound. i'm running through foobar

not sure what else i can do. if someone knows an easy fix with another playback device i'm not married to foobar for this use.

You could try increasing the buffer length.  Also, did you test out the A5 output selection with WASAPI, ASIO, or Kernel Streaming (KS)?

What DSPs do you have enabled?  You could also try unmuting the windows sounds if you are playing the music within Windows, but you are saying you want to play the music through your speakers, right?  I take it the sound will be picked up by a microphone?

Also, never heard of this "tinychat".  I assume it is like IRC chat or skype or something?  I only use text online, lol.
