what's the downside of getting that versus the fatal1ty pro??? it's the x-fi xtreme gamer whereas the one you mentioned is the x-fi xtreme gamer fatal1ty pro? 



XtremeGamer is PCI while Titanium Fatal1ty is PCIe. There aren't that many differences besides 64MB of X-RAM in Fatal1ty while XtremeGamer has 16MB, and the lack of the DDL and DTS encoder.
