Help: Can upgrade DAC19 DF to DSP1?

Dear All,

I have the DAC19 DF, which I would like to upgrade to the DSP1 board.

 

Has anyone does so? How easy it is to do the upgrading to the DSP1 board from the DF board?

 

Does it require soldering? If so is the soldering complicated? I do not know how to solder but I got a engineer friend that knows abit of soldering.

 

Can anyone help?

I e-mailed Audio-GD and got the answer that it's not possible and that it would require almost everything to be changed in the DAC.
