Looking for a nice soundcard or Usb device that will utilize the ultrasone 580's I'm about to purchase in their surround sound capabilities. What I'm looking for is essentially a device (or program) that will play my movies in surround sound through my headphones. Also music would be neat to hear in this setting as well, so hence the soundcard/usb device question. I see stuff like this:

and get confused at what is good and what isn't. Also, it needs to be cheap since I'm a budget.
