Applying DSPs effects on mp3 and a question regarding the Foobar conversion

Hi, since i really like how foobar sounds with the Sox/ChannelMixer/Dolby i was thinking that maybe i could apply those effects on the player. I'm gonna lose a lot of quality from it? I'm gonna keep the original files on the pc anyways so it's not a great loss.

But here's the question, how can i apply those dsp effects without transcoding the files? because i don't wanna mess with the bitrate. Any suggestions? thanks ^^

No way to do that without a transcode with these dsp active.
