Anybody use a dedicated speaker for Windows sounds?

Since I always use Wasapi for fb2k and Asio for VirtualDJ, I bought one of these to use as my dedicated speaker for Windows sounds:

http://www.amazon.com/XMI-XMINI2-X-Mini-Capsule-Speaker/dp/B001UEBN42/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1298865875&sr=8-1

I basically have fb2k and VirtualDJ hooked up to my DAC and the X-mini speaker hooked up to the onboard sound.

Being careless while I bought it, I did not realize they have to be recharged. While it's a nifty little speaker, I want something that I will not have to recharge.

Can you guys recommend anything? I want a small single speaker (may consider 2 if they are small enough) no more than $25

Maybe something like this, would be suitable?
