Comes with two sets of tubes: a pair of 12AE6 and a pair of 12FK6. Also includes wallwart power supply. A great headphone amp that has served my needs well for a long time. Originally purchased as a temporary solution for my desktop rig, I ended up keeping it for a while. Cosmetic condition is very good.
