Has the klipsch image x10 been replaced by the x10i?

Hello, I was looking for a good place to buy the image x10 but found that at a lot of internet stores it was out of stock but the x10i was available. This makes me wonder if the x10 was totally replaced by the x10i and if there are differences in sound quality between the two? Thanks in advance for any information, Greetings, Anouk,

Hello! Sorry for the late reply. Yes, the Image X10 has essentially been replaced by the X10i. Sounds is exactly the same, and same price.

""Sounds is exactly the same

Not_ _one_ _bit_

or

production quality control is completely harsh (do not think so)

Are changes bad? They are controversal.

There is high frequency peak added (at 11kHz, but may be mistaken), so the vocal sh's phsh's etc. are not lost. Due to gap at 9kHz (not shure about the frequency also) sound can become synthetic and dry, especialy with oldish' recordings, which highs overenchanced at studio. Will definetely drill mind at high volume level. With correct level - allright.

Overall sound is more "energetic".

Isolation IMPROVED.

Not shure about cords. At least microphone_effect is noticably weaker. Hope their reliability improved, as my first two pairs turned me in frustration _completely_ Thank God, did not pay for the second pair. Best phones with worst cords. Got 3rd pair, x10i now.

And I'm sure that was not kind of you not to answer my mail with no explanations.

Regards.
