How is the comfort on the Darth Beyers?  Yours seem to have velour earpads, have you tried them with leather?

Thanks

i like the velour too much too change, leather would be hot too.

Which headphones has the best sound out of these?

Denon D7000

Thunderpants

Darth Beyer

Thanks

that's an excellent question and what most people want to know definitely.

In my limited experience I find what most people (myself included) that look for and find bass monsters really want is balanced headphones that will go low. Excess bass is fun but annoying after time. If I was recommending headphones that are in the same price category as the ones above; put the sennheiser hd650s on your list to audition or read about. They are such a well know headphone that instantly gives you a base for comparisons. Even the less expensive hd600 would be appropriate.

others might be Dennon 2000......
