Would appreciate pointers toward a suitable schematic for a simple headphone amp using +12V supply. Input source will be 10-20mv. coming off a dual gate mosfet product detector in a shortwave receiver and I'm looking for a gain of about 50. I want to bypass the entire crappy multi op-amp audio stage, using a new circuit. I'm very handy with a soldering iron but not much of an analog designer.
