Best Headphone amp For Home Cinema

Hello

i appreciate this question has been asked many times and again appreciate any suggestions.

I am looking for a headphone amp to use with my PC to listen to movies.

Due to fussy neighbours, i cant use my speakers at certain times.

what im looking for exactly is:-

1) a headphone amp i can connect to my pc via OPTICAL CABLE.

2) a headphone amp that will be about to understand DTS and Dolby Digital and output them.

Ive been searching on here, looking on ebay but have no idea where to start.

i have a decent set of Audio-Technica ATH-AD700.

i dont really want to spend more than £200.

many thanks

why not just plug them into the front of your receiver?
