Question about SPDIF from a Monitor to a headphone

Hi, I have a HP LP2475w  http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&objectID=c01506254&jumpid=reg_R1002_USEN
 

That have a SPDIF, and I like to play also some PS3 and XBOX games on with.

 

So ive connected my consoles via HDMI, but to have sound I have to use the SPDIF.

My question is what is the best or the reommended DAC that I can bought to get the sound from the SPDIF directly to a headphone ?

What you want is a DAC / headphone amp combo.  Pick a price point and do a search for dac/amp, there are lots to choose form.
