Hi all,

is buying a nano 2G secondhand a good idea?

What should i look for? The Nano 2G is already a few years old...how durable are they?

Hope people here can give some advice. Normally i dont buy secondhand...but they dont make teh nano 2G anymore...and need those specifically.

The nano 2G are probably the most durable nano that apple has come out with.

Though, make sure the person you buy it from has not beaten it up or over used it, because remember that after 400 recharges, the battery life starts getting lower. I prefer buying from people that keep their ipod clean and don't use it too much.

(that is if you are buying used)

2G Nanos are SOLID

my sister who bought one used hasn't broken it in 3 years which is saying a lot, since she broke her ipod video 4g in 3 months and has been through 6 different headphones in 2 years
