4" or 6" interconnects?

Hi,

Just bought a leckerton portable amp and need a small interconnect cable to connect it to my Meizu DAP.  I want the shortest connection possible and I think that is a 4"?  or is 6" standard?  I'm looking for one that is relatively cheap (up to $20 since I don't believe in cables providing any kind of improved SQ) but one that is durable so the connection doesn't short out.  6" seems like there would be too much slack left over, are there 4" ones?  Who sells them?

thanks

The shorter, the better as long as you don't break the conductors.

Shouldn't make any significant difference.
