Asus Xonar Essence STX fit in midi tower

Thread Starter

I'm about to order an Asus Xonar Essence, only one question left: will it fit in my case?

Problem is that my passively cooled graphics card takes up more room due to the larger heatsink. I have included a photo, I understand that the shielded side of the Xonar points down, and the flat bottom print plate on the upside. I think that would give no problems, is that correct?

Please do not look at the cable mess :)

Yeah that looks fine, it looks like you have a 2 pcie slots, a pcie 1x and another 4x/8x/16x (not sure which) so you could put it into the blue one if need be.

It should fit, There is the option of the ST which is a PCI ver of the STX but with minor diff which can be another option if you too worried about the STX not fitting.
