I really like OPA1611 with my SR325, but they require soldering to adapters to fit into sockets. ADA4627-1A and ISL55001 are great, but also require soldering to adapters.
HA3-2525-5 (single channel opamp) can be had as samples from Intersil and is smooth and bassy with plenty of detail. If you need dual channel opamps for the sockets in that card, then you just need a 2x1 socketed adapter to fit two 2525's.
TLE2081ACP (or TLE2082ACP for dual-channel, whichever your card requires) comes in DIP form for solderless installation; it is an okay chip, you might like it.

I don't mean to jack the thread but it's somewhat on topic. I also have the HT Omega Claro Halo soundcard and was looking at some op amps and came across the AD8066 but I think that op amp has to be soldered on.
Is there an op amp similar to the AD8066 that doesn't require soldering and will just fit/slide into the slot?

Indeed, 8066 needs soldering. Try out one of the ones I mentioned instead.
HA3-2525-5 (this one needs one of these because it is a mono chip) and TLE2082ACP can be had as samples.
You could also try LT1364CN8 and LT1028ACN8 (this one needs one of these) which can also be had as samples.

I actually went ahead and purchased 2 OPA627AP-ND op amps. Hopefully they will arrive sometime next week.

By samples, I mean they're free, lol.
Freebies!
Edit: You can order up to two samples each of up to four different chips every thirty days. Some chips are not available as samples like OPA627. Make sure you are ordering 8-lead DIP opamps.

Just to update.
I purchased 4 OPA627 op-amps. I was n00b and didn't know that they're single channel op-amps so I had to buy an adapter. Technically, I have 2 OPA627 op-amps connected via adapter in slot U9 and an OPA627 superchip in slot U11 and the LM4562 op-amps in U8/U10. And so far, the OPA627 op-amps live up to what reviewers had written previously. They're verrry detailed and the bass is well defined and extended. The bass even sounds pretty dope on my HD600's. The sound itself coming through the headphones sounds really natural, but a bit slower.
Also, my volume is at 80% on the Mixer>>Wave part of the soundcard, but only 2 clicks from the bottom on the windows volume settings in my taskbar.
