My current mp3 player has fried and I'm looking to get a new one. I've looked around the internet endlessly going to several sites for reviews and price points, and can will probably never be able to decide on my own.
Some Things:
1. Most of my favorite songs are in FLAC format. I will convert to another lossless format if needed, but I really rather not do this.
2. I will use Rockbox, but it's a plus if I don't have to.
3. My library is pretty diverse, but I lean more to electronic and bass heavy tracks.
4. I have a 16 gig SDHC memory card from my fried fuze.
5. Max price point is around 200 USD.
6. Video and things are unimportant.
7. 16 gigs is considerably too small for my library. (especially with FLAC files).
I've been looking for a Cowon D2+, but can not find one.
