I tried setting up EMC2 this morning and got the X and Y jogging in one direction, but I was a bit rushed (had to get to work, now I'm sitting here wanting to be at home playing with the machine) and need to sit down and figure out the proper configuration.
I've been trying a bunch of different CAD/CAM software packages and I really like the products from Vectric; really easy to use and seems like I could get something drawn up and cutting pretty quickly. Once I get EMC2 going, that is.
I might have to ward off Sydney DIYers until I get some cutting done for myself

. And qusp mentioned he'd been eying off a similar router, maybe we'll have another to service the Brisbane DIY crowd
