Just a weird thing that I wanted to know what's going on. Why is it that when plugging my MS1i into my headphone amp (E5) to my Fuze, it is quieter than just plugging the MS1i directly into the Fuze? On my laptop, the MS1i is much quieter directly plugged in (ie. just swap connection from the Fuze to the integrated audio port on my laptop) then with the E5.

MS1i on Fuze (w/ and w/o Fiio E5)

Are you adjusting the volume toggle on your E5? If not, you need to turn up the volume on your E5 when using it with the Fuze, then you can turn down your Fuze some. I keep my E5 about 2 toggles presses down from full blast.
My volume is midway on the E5. This is quieter than plugging my MS1i into the Fuze directly. While on my laptop, using the same settings on the E5, it makes my MS1i headphones louder than when plugging the MS1i directly into it.
